Understand the difference between a private family space, the visibility of individual information and your rights over personal data.
Access and visibility
Family spaces are reserved for authorised members. Each field or contribution remains subject to its applicable audience and permissions. Being in the same family does not automatically give access to every detail, and being an administrator does not remove these limits.
Your information and contributions
The service uses account information to provide access and family information to deliver its features. Names, photographs, dates, stories and contributions can concern people who do not have an account. Take particular care with children’s information and material about other people.
Exercise your rights
Use the account tools to review available data, export it or start an account request. A person without an account can use the public request channels described in the French privacy policy. The original document specifies the controller, contact details, legal bases, recipients and retention conditions.
